Safety Advisory Group

Trust board requesting potential attendance at the Safety Advisory Group. Previously raised with Rob A, but can we please attend the next one?
Football Club Answer

The Club holds a monthly Health & Safety meeting, chaired by Lee Dover, the Trust will be added to the meeting invite going forward, can the Trust please provide a contact email for the invite to be sent.

With regards to the SAG, this is not something that the Club is looking to extend invites to at present, we will review this annually and advise if the Club position changes.

Foundation Pitch availability

Foundation Pitch availability –Some communities are feeling neglected as they cannot get pitch time at Foundation Park. STFC Board have suggested that they can fund a 1 hour booked per month slot on a permanent basis and we can rotate the use between different local communities like ethnic minority women’s teams, Nepalese, Bangladeshi, South African, Disability etc. Can the club support this to help make this occur?

Foundation have responded to this question back in August, no reply has been received to date. The Foundation have agreed to this request – Trust to look into this and respond

FA investigation

1. There has been no update regarding the FA investigation for a considerable time. Did the FA actually tell the club the investigation has been deferred until after Power v Standing case or is the holdup due to something else, did the FA tell you what the holdup is?
2. Do the club know when Power v Standing is due to be heard?

Short answer to both of these questions is, no, and it is not within the Club’s hands to resolve these issues.
